On other job boards, one or two affiliated employers dominate by posting 100+ ads at a time. This pushes your job ads out of sight on the boards and in their newsletters, which we believe is unfair.

Jobwave was created as an independent job board, allowing employers to post a maximum of 10 job ads simultaneously to maintain a diverse and fair platform for businesses of all sizes.
